Never actually had that offer and I would probably say "Yes, let's give it it a go".

However I wouldn't raise my expectations too high. Why?, well I have had some group experiences in a vanilla setting and have found the FFM combination the least satisfactory. There was one memorable exception where the two women involved were very strongly attracted to each other and that made all the difference; the chemistry really worked. I think you would have to find a similar chemistry (not the same mind you) to make a BDSM session work.

FWIW In the vanilla setting I have found that MMF is usually OK, MFMF is better and 4xF + 4xM can get really interesting. Although I confess that I'm not sure Id last the pace these days.

My Mistress operates on a strict one-to-one basis so it is most unlikely I will get the opportunity and I am happy with this situation.
