Am I the only one on the planet who thinks a point is being missed here!

I appreciate we are only spoon fed information but, assuming The Russian State was behind that dreadfull attack..why? Why, if they just wanted to eliminate a traitor would they use a banned nerve agent and not some Soviet hit man with a gun, knife or whatever.

Putin and his mob would fully realise the consequencies of the action taken so was it a deliberate action meant to cause international confrontation or maybe some other `organisation` bent on mischief causing?

Annoyingly I find myself agreeing with `some` of the things comrade Corbyn said, why not have the agent assesed by OPCW then neutrally passed to The Russian authorities for comment.

Off to build a nuclear fall out shelter for the garden

I guess our 'weak and wobbly' has seized on the opportunity to hang tough, up the ante and kick ass by utilising Rahm's Rule. Never let a good crisis go to waste. Trying to segue herself back to 'strong and stable'. Trouble is she's chosen a bad ass to kick...

Is comrade Putin is in full command??? Its possible there are people / groups within Russia that are working discredit him to take control.

Or

He is using this tac to affirm his power over the more moderate west facing people / groups in Russia.

Was this crime committed by a Russian ............. I personally believe it was ............ state sponsored .............. not so sure

Did you hear about and see the corrupt officials stuffing the ballot boxes with presumably forged papers, balloons placed over cctv cameras and state employes forced to vote, for him and provide photographic evidence.

Does he think the rest of the world doesn`t know what`s going on, or more likely doesn`t give a toss.

As you say Oggy, these things rarely go unresolved but it`s all the crap that happens in the interim that`s the problem!

Quite so, genocide, wars, massacres, famines, ethnic cleansing, persecution, children blown asunder. A ‘bad egg’ perhaps one day getting his comeuppance hardly balances the books.

Why the hell is the civilised world travelling to Russia to play a tournament of foot-the-ball in June ? Thereby giving him exactly the PR coup that will cement him in position and embolden him even further. Russia has launched a chemical attack on the streets of Britain for godsake !

As for doubts over the culpability of Russia, I consider it damning evidence that their response was one of mockery, ridicule, and taunting sarcasm, which is not the response of a genuinely innocent and law abiding regime. Concern and outrage, and a willingness to assist, would be more the expected response.

Concealing a ‘needle of truth in a haystack of lies’. Must be getting confused between Vlad and Brexit. Easily done. Was there even a smidgen of truth on a red bus of lies?

Still to all those with certainty as to whodunnit the investigation is going to take many months. Matters will inevitably become diffused over the passage of time. They will be overtaken by new events. Germany will win the World Cup. England will get knocked out by the Icelandic Women’s team (they have been relegated to playing with the girls after the men proved too tough last time).

How long will we have to put up with this incessant obiter no further news flow? Probably until a jumbo jet goes off radar again…
