Default A Walk On Part-Newcastle Live Theatre

Very clever adaptation of the Chris Mullin Diaries at this delightfully human sized theatre.

Well worth a visit if you're lucky enough to be visiting Newcastle (or even live there). Its out of the same stable as "The Pitmen Painters",crisply directed and staged with the sort of sparse economy that adds to the play rather than distracts from it.

There are some predictable swipes at the past 12 years but its more a critique of the function (and limitations) of British national politics than anything else
