Whilst I'm getting erections during the night I'm lucky in that they aren't too painful. Having said that I'm looking forward to the dissolvable stitches falling out - I'm now 2.5 weeks in and they're still hanging in there! Oh yeah, I also had some random spraying when I pee'd at first but it's much better now!

Yea I've had no problems awake but its just when im asleep, mine have started to dissolve but not completely. And that's good news about peeing, I got sick of cleaning the place up so haven't tried again since!!

Amazing how a freak accident can cause so much trouble!
