Tazapper
Hello
I was wondering if anyone knew where one could buy a Tazapper in the UK http://thekinkshop.com/product/tazapper/ Sadly all the vendors seem to be in the US. Cheers |

I got mine from www.devus.com
Very much doubt that they are classed as a weapon, the zap is fairly minor - about the same as an electric fly swat. There are some more powerful tools doing the rounds that people have imported, they probably are illegal. |

The legal situation is more nuanced than that. It hinges on the level of harm that the device can cause. The CPS say:
'only a court can decide whether any particular weapon is capable of causing "more than trifling and trivial" injury and is therefore is a "firearm" for the purposes of the Acts.' https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/d_to_g/firearms/ |

Well I would say that, being on both the giving and receiving end of a Tazapper, they are most certainly trifling, if not terrifying at the time!
