Yahoo "search mail" function

......................seems to work very intermittently .....or not at all.Big problem locating previous correspondence ,yaddah yaddah,yaddah

Is this a common problem or are the Gods of the ether biased against me?

I've been recommended Gmail as an alternative unless anybody knows better.
Their search function looks great but I'm a complete numb nuts about this stuff

I wouldn’t know but I suspect a plot by the remnants of the Brownite cabal and their Grauniad -reading fellow travellers to screw your day up for you.

On a serious note, I know nothing of Yahoo but I’d certainly recommend Gmail over the only other web-based email provider of which I have personal experience i.e. Hotmail. It’s easy to set up and easy to use and very easy to integrate into an IMAP client if you also have one of them. Of course Google is widely assumed in some quarters to have designs on world domination as well so you may wish to bear that in mind before reaching a decision.

You'll be pleased to know that my(almost single handed) destuction of the crypto fascist clique of Brown and his running dogs means that there is now little fear of their interfering with my electronic correspondence-I have Yahoo taking care of that.

I have taken the further precaution of reserving a large landfill site to enable his forthcoming memoirs to be moved smoothly from the printers to their final destination

"Easy to set up and use" sounds perfect........most obleeged
