I am using Twitter and have unchecked let people find me by phone and email what's the chances of anyone I know finding me on there?

I would say quite high. When I first started, I searched for Mistresses occasionally by phone number with considerable success. Get their number from a web site advert or even Twitter and in an idle moment, try it.

We give far to much information away on Twitter and Facebook.
