Remember the days when a group of idiots would pick on someone they thought they could 'knock about' just cause they were 'different'? well it still happens of course, but this story made me laugh. A couple of TV's were walking down the street in Swansea when some foul mouthed idiots started to abuse them! obviously thinking they would be easy prey.... wrong... they turned out to be Pro cage fighters on their way to a fancy dress party lol watch the cctv footage... happy days :tongue_2:

I must be seeing something different to everyone else. The guy in the white t-shirt is clearly trying to hold back his topless mate, even getting between the cage fighter and him in an attempt to get his mate away. After he is knocked down as well he isn't weaving around but again trying to check on his mate. But he got a community order too...?

From Sky News
at Swansea Magistrates Court where the pair both pleaded guilty to using abusive words and behaviour. The court heard that prior to the dust-up with the cage fighters the yobs had got into a fight with a man dressed in a spideman costume.
They did both plead guilty. If they were both drunk it was probably what they said to the Police when they turned up that got them arrested rather than their actions captured on the CCTV camera. In this day and age I am quite surprised that the two in drag didn't get charged as well with assault. I would have thought that in the eyes of the law their actions went well beyond reasonable force!
You also have to remember that you can never believe anything that you read in the press. I was involved with a case last week where the person was charged with six offences and found guilty of four however all the local papers reported that he was found guilty on all six charges!

Its nice to know you got off with two charges!

Lady Anna,
This updated report of the whole sordid affair may (or may not) justify the actions taken by our boys in blue.

It would seem the two cage fighters are enjoying something along the lines of celebrity status right now :old_thumbs-up: and i happen to agree with the actions they took. The larger of the two fighters would clearly have done some real damage were he of a mind to do so. Sometimes a good punch in the face is all it takes :old_butbut: i am not quite sure why the police became involved unless a complaint was made? something i am sure the would be assilliants would not have made! either way, justice was served, perhaps these mindless scum will think twice before harrassing anyone else.

I dunno about this
Are we really talking about TVs or a group of guys dressed up as women for a night out with their mates and maybe out for a laugh
The felons (?) seemed to be out to cause trouble whatever. They'd been beaten up by a bunch of guys early and, maybe, they thought guys dressed up as women would be easier pickings
It's not happening here but I've seen other websites where this is perceived as an attack on TVs/CDs etc - not that sure this is the case - rather two pissed up guys seeking out a fight .....
I'm going to report Druid to the Lord Chief Justice!
So if it`s not Drupid who do you think the Lord Chief Justice is?
edit-----Ive just been informed that Lisal applied for the LCJ post but was denied it because he is oly a size 12 and is known for wearing 'loud' T shirts in public
So if it`s not Drupid who do you think the Lord Chief Justice is?
