UKM - New to posting, at least..... - UK

Hello to all, (or should that be All/all?) :-)

I'm not new as a member, I joined over two years ago and over that time I'd see posts, but they weren't exactly abundant. Then I spotted the hypocrisy in my thinking and now have started posting.

Many years ago I dated a woman, a beautician she said, until she felt the need to tell the truth and that she was a professional dominatrix. Knowing nothing about the scene and with her desire to introduce me, I gave it a go - sheer joy!

After a very, very long period, where such indulgence would have been inappropriate and integrity would not allow me to transgress, quite recently I returned, although with a more specialist area of interest, not that I exclude other areas entirely, but currently CP is most in favour. But then, it's one subject, so many aspects :-)

So apologies for being a lurker for the last two years, but now I'm making amends.

It's written into moderator contracts. They have to say hello even if they don't want too.

I find it curious that you should become a member, read the posts but not post yourself.
You are correct. Not many posts, so maybe you thought "Why should I bother"

I joined because I had an interest, but just read posts because not being an active participant at the time, I felt a lack of legitimacy. However, recently that changed. I could have read the posts without joining, but thought I might as well join as I knew it was only a matter of time before I would become 'real'.

Yes hello. I still feel that I am a newcomer here but despite the paucity of contributors, i have found some good and useful stuff,
I also prefer to ramble rather than being limited to 140 characters.
