I spoke to mistress about it( i know maybe not the done thing) but she was fantastic and explained it to me and told me not to be embarrassed it happens to a lot of people so i will see a doctor thanks to all in the thread and thanks to slutty for his pm its gone know but mistress still says to see a doctor so will take her advice.

You do not need to seek the advise of a mistress Mikey as to wether you need the help of a GP.
Statistically, we men are prone NOT to go to the doctors with ailments. Especially if the problems seemingly go away. That is not me by the way. I have never had any concerns about visiting my surgery and I have also never had any embarrassment in discussing personal worries with a female doctor. I just don’t get why people do that. If something is not quite right. Go see someone about it. Man up Mikey........ GO !!!

I think confiding in your trusted Mistress is very sensible thing to have done. I make it a rule to advise my PD of ANY health issues that may affect our session. After all you shouldn't want to upset your Mistress with an unexpected complication.
