Surely this isn't safe??? How on Earth do these men take repeated kicking in the testicles? And how do these Mistresses learn to do it without inflicting serious damage?

I have always enjoyed a bit of ball-kicking but it does require an experienced and knowing practitioner to perform it properly, and I would not suggest it with a novice lady.

There is quite a lot of smoke and mirrors in those ball-busting clips which can mislead someone into thinking it is possible to withstand a frantic attack on the testicles.

A few things to note:
A) The clips are sometimes speeded up just as the leg reaches the end of the swing so as to make it look like a harder kick is delivered.
B) If you look closely the foot often just swipes up the front of the balls and cock and does not make a solid connection with the sensitive under/backside of the testicles.
C) The kicks can be seen to be pulled at the end of the stroke.
D) An experienced kicker will know to make contact using the broader top side of her foot rather than the pointed toes.
E) An unrestricted loose hanging scrotum allows the testicles to move aside from the blow and so they do not take the full force which they otherwise would if restricted by e.g. clothing.

These five tricks make what can look like a savage kicking a more sustainable activity.

The last lady who regularly gave my balls a good kicking was experienced enough to ignore C but implemented D, with the occasional toe poke for wickedness, and we learned the hard way about E. In fact with a typical ball-busting lasting maybe 15-20 mins the only time it went wrong over 10 years of seeing her was early on. I was wearing a cock and ball ring and the gathered testicles had no freedom to move aside from the blow and so the skin of my scrotum split a bit when it caught on the zipper of her thigh boot (she was at that point kneeing me rather than kicking me).

Lesson learned by us both there; during a ball kicking never wear anything other than a bootlace binding which can be adjusted and easily removed.

I am still a big fan of ball kicking and trampling and my Mistress has threatened to kick me from behind when I am kneeling and failing in my duties, but as yet has never delivered the encouragement. My suspicion is she is not overly experienced or confident in the art and is therefore a little hesitant in the matter...which is a good thing.

Any form of CBT should not leave any permanent damage. I often leave a session with my balls quite sore even tender a pleasant reminder as I wander home, but cum the morning they are usually back to their mischievous selves

I did quite a lot of sports in my younger days and being hit in the bollocks by a ball of any shape, or grabbed or kicked, just never filled me with the feeling I might like this pain in session. Never mind I would be bloody paying for the privilege
