As for sessioning while on blood-thinners after a TIA, I eventually did the obvious thing and consulted my doctors. One said I would bruise more easily but there was no serious danger. The other said I would bruise more easily and that there was a very slight danger of infection. He suggested that I start with a session less severe than my norm and gradually build up in successive ones, until I found the safe limit. So that I have done, so far twice. In the first session, I had a long OTK spanking and 700 stinging but not brutal strokes of the tawse. We omitted the cane. In the second session my mistress added to this mixture sixty strokes of the cane, stinging but not breaking the skin. So far so good. I look forward to my next, more severe, session.
