Windows 10
Not so much a security issue, but I have just had to rebuild my computer. I bought a Professional Plus 2016 disc from Microsoft and its caused nothing but problems for me. (and its a legal version)
When I try and install it gets halfway and stops, an error message Ox8004FC12 pops up and tells me that it can't proceed wi8th the installation. Looking on various web pages it seems that everyone is having similar problems. Someone told me it is because I run Norton. That may be the case but until someone supplies a patch, i'll keep the disc in its packet. Anyway, something else, I have upgraded to Windows 10 and when I rebuilt, I had to go onto various web sites to download drivers, just remember if you did have something installed (printer) and then upgraded to Windows 10, the original installation disc will not work.

This is nothing to do with a question about personal size merely about floppies! |
